In this section discussions on various themes concerning
programs will be going on: work with the program, bugs, updates, etc. You will
see a message-form, where you should point theme and category, your name and,
purely, your note. You may start a talk, which doesn't relate to specific
categories. If question/suggestion/notice will be really interesting be sure
